Program June 28 & 29

On Saturday the 28 of June from 12:00 untii 17:00 we will organize a Rib Cook-Off (RCOA) contest.

You do not need to be a BBQ pro to join this contest, this contest is all about fun, and having a great day with other (backyard) BBQ fanatics
Can you prepare the best ribs and do you want to compete against other BBQ fanatics?

Saturday June 28 KCBS contest
From 12:00 until 14:30 the teams will prepare brisket, pork shoulder, chicken and ribs for the jury, this is an KCBS sanctioned cook-off
(Kansas City Barbeque Society)

At 16:00 Juian Horst (Vleeschhouwerij Zetten) & Gertjan Kiers (Demo Slager) will give a whole hog butcher demo!

On Saturday our Horeca plein is open until 22:00, with great food, stands & music!!!

Wij houden ons aan de leeftijdsgrens van 18 jaar, geen alcohol tijdens ons evenement voor jongeren onder de 18 jaar!!
